Sometime Sunday evening my friends dads Porsche 911 Super Sport
was stolen from his garage in the Suffolk area.

Picture is not of the car but the identical model & It's reg number is B8 OCA.

Please keep an eye out for it.

Sorry to hear this!
I suggest he puts it on the Impact Bumper, DDK and 911UK forums and social media if he hasn't done so already - there are several accounts specifically spreading the word about stolen cars.

Search on Facebook for Stolen Cars UK and try posting there.
I understand a few of the scum bags park the cars up for a while to see if they are being tracked. If someone spots it in the meantime they can alert the post. Warning though - the forum is pretty depressing reading of the state of our policing and attitude.

Really sorry to hear and must be upsetting for them. If anything like the image then a nice car and probably their pride and joy.

Regards
Neil

I've posted this link on Impact Bumpers, Facebook is a good call as it will reach a much wider audience

Thanks for your ideas & have passed on your ideas to the owner of the stolen car & it was on facebook already & other forum sites but many thanks for your kind comments.

Yes I'm really sorry to hear this owning one myself (aside from everyone else who owns great Porsches).

I'm afraid they are likely to break it and sell the parts on.

We all need to be vigilant on ebay at least over the next few weeks.

My heart goes out to you. Did you have an agreed insurance value, not that it makes up for the heartbreak?

Car has been found & recovered to John the owner but sadly did have some Damage to the car & now it's dealing with insurance companies to pay for the repairs.

Great news, hopefully the insurance company will come good - unfortunately, that's not always the case...
