Came across this event via a local car show and talking to their club members thought it might be interesting to tag along,
http://www.silverstonesocial.co.uk/events/

This is a static event based at Turweston Aerodrome cafe billed as the Season finale so might have a good selection of classic's, and hopefully a strong turn out from PCGB R10 ...... Mid October, early Autumn sun,Fresh crisp air to blow the cob weds out ,airfield of classic cars ,cafe .... perfect Sunday morning.
So I'll start a list of interest and Hopefully see you at the next meeting,

no. Name / Car

no. Name / Car

01:John Porsche or Audi TBC .
02:Manuel Porsche 718 Cayman

I have this one pencilled in and looks like it should be a good mix and match of cars.

More depressingly one of the last car events before I have an op carried out on my hand which means no driving for 6 weeks, going to kill me!!!

Weather permitting we would like to be at this event too, it fits in with our plan for this year to do something different and not the same old same old events.

Seven cars so far and maybe a few more to be added,So we can either just meet at the event or meet up nearby for a short drive in convoy (which is way more fun ).

So Maybe meet at the Corinthian Arch Stowe / Buckingham Address ; Stowe Ave, Buckingham MK18 5EG at 9.30am to depart at 9.45am.
Any problems contact me on 07761277826, I will try and get to the meeting on Saturday if you have any questions.

Cheers John.

There is a 10K running event from Buckingham up towards Stowe on Sunday morning. No roads are expected to be closed but I won't be happy if you run me or my son over!
Run starts from Buckingham town centre at 9:30.

Make sure you and your son are wearing the Region 10 polo shirt, and we will respect you ! (and also we can make sure you are the first ones crossing the finish line) [:D][:D][:D]

Good point John thanks for the heads up ... OK now meet at the Shell garage opposite Tesco just off the A421 9.30am..MK18 1AS.

Yeap, this network is gaining momentum today. There is nothing special in it. Many networks started with that. Sometimes a video with a link to tik-tok comes to WhatsApp. What things adults create, just to become famous. Okay, there is Instagram, with its glamorous photos, but here sometimes videos from the toilet are made and people consider it normal to show them to others. Tik tok addicts - that's a fact. Who would have thought that we would look for an application https://qload.info/ to download popular videos?

Anyone a member of this group? Wondering if they are organising any meets in near future. Looked on website but nothing showing yet

We'll be there although we will probably meet you there as we would have to go past Turweston to get to Buckingham, probably get our friends Dunc and Paula to come as well.
Tim & Helen - 718 Cayman
Dunc & Paula - GT4

Looks like someone picked a post from 2019 hence date incorrec. Asking if anyone is member in group to get latest meeting dates

Sorry, I didn't realize the original post was made in 2019.....suppose we're just desperate to get out!!!
