Part Numbers

Is there an easy way to identify the part numbers for my Cayman S? Specifically the brakes. Autodoc in Germany have a huge range at good prices, but part numbers ensure the right part.

Once you have the correct part number and place your order, also make sure you have the car's VIN to hand.

Autodoc tend to ring you shortly after you place the order and insist on having the VIN to ensure you have ordered the correct part for the model. They can be a bit abrupt on the phone, but at least they are efficient!

In ordered discs and pads from them last year and the service, and price was very good!

Try Googling "V-pages"

Make sure you select the right model - a truly wonderful resource.

Ralph has already given the link but I reckon that this US site will give you the information you need, but note that there may be slight differences for ROW.

It is also possible to download the Porsche PET catalogue from the Porsche website

https://www.porsche.com/uk/accessoriesandservice/porscheservice/serviceandoriginalparts/originalparts/

Scroll down the page and you can select any model from their library using the drop down menus.

Fantastic guys. Once I'm back in front of a PC I should be sorted. Thanks.
