Which child seat?

Has anyone recently fitted a front facing, group 1 (1 to 4 years old) child seat in the rear of their air-cooled 911 (with three-point harnesses) and if so, exactly which make and model was it? The market for these seats is forever changing and I know this question has been posted many times before but I've done the searches and all I've managed to do is confuse the issue and found no definitive answer.

Ant help or guidance would be much appreciated!

This was the info. I sent to Canford Classics who were making the enquiry for a potential customer in Greece, but as the sale fell through, they didn't pursue it ant further. It may be of help to you though.:-

Hi Scott,

I put an enquiry out on the PCGB forums for 2.7, SC and Carrera 3.2 forums but so far have drawn a blank so I've just had another look at previous posts on the DDK and Impact Bumpers forums. Although I haven't found anything specific, Maxi Cosi do seem popular and their range is vast but the models recommended in the past seem to have been discontinued. On a more positive note, the In Car Safety Centre at Milton Keynes and Essex stock 25 seat-belt restrained seats for 1 - 4 year olds and have supplied seats that for IB 911's before, so should know what fits and what doesn't.

The number for the MK store is 01908 220909

Let me know how you get on.

Cheers,
Chris
