Hi colin,

i understand via the grape vine vine that the Q and A meeting has been cancelled. Was this an email to all members or just those signed up....could You clarify please....

I'm so sorry, I've just checked and it looks as though I've missed you off the reply email list, Vivien too :( Please accept my apologies, as the emails are not automated, I put the reply list together myself. I created a BCC list to keep the email list private, but have missed you both off. As there was such a limited response to the original email I only emailed those that had responded. Sorry again for missing you off and thanks for letting me know. I have pasted the full content of the email below.

[FONT=verdana,geneva"] Although it was hoped to hold an R19 Regional Group Q&A session at short notice during July, the relatively low registrations for the event over the last 7 days have suggested that we should reschedule the Q&A for another date. A commitment to the venue was also required, something that we could not make at this time.[FONT=verdana,geneva"]
