The Harbour Brewing Company have kindly agreed to host a meet at their brewery in Lanivet (https://harbourbrewing.com/pages/contact).

They have invited us over on Saturday 7th September at 2pm. The itinerary will be 2-5ish and will include a free tour of the brewery, a prize awarded by the brewers for their favourite/best turned out car and a BBQ. The only cost will be for the BBQ at £8 a head plus any drinks on the day. At the moment the BBQ will be along the lines of pulled pork burgers and accompanying salads etc which I will be able to confirm closer to the time.

I will also try to sort out a big TV to show the Italian GP Qualifying in the tap room.

I need to confirm numbers to the brewery 3 weeks before but if you could confirm as soon as possible I would be grateful on either my personal email (mark_collin@hotmail.co.uk) or the club email (r15@porscheclubgb.com).

I ran a similar event for R10 and managed to get a 35 car turn out, so lets see if we can beat that!

Hi All,
Just a reminder that the Brewery visit is only a couple of weeks away now. I need to confirm numbers this week so can anyone who wants to attend come back to me by close of play on Wednesday this week please.
Regards
Mark

222 views of this thread but only 6 signed up for this tour! Come on folks, support Mark and the Region. Should be a fun afternoon - shiny cars, brewery tour and BBQ.

Hi Mark, I am looking to attend this although I return from France late on the Friday evening so I didn't want to 'Commit' with a firm yes in case things didn't go to plan.
I have every intention of 'hopefully' being there in my 73 911 (weather permitting) if not in the 997 and hopefully with a friend in his 997.
Thanks for organising

Thanks Simon,

Would be good to see you and your friend, there are no restrictions on attending even without confirmation. It is only so I can confirm the number of people wanting food to make sure it is worth while them putting on food.

Regards
Mark

Hi Mark...thinking of attending if this is still a viable opportunity? Will be two attending....please let me know if this is ok?

Just to let everyone know that we now have a 13 cars signed up and around 20 people confirmed as attending which is shaping up to be a great event.

The brewery have said, as we now have minimum numbers, they are happy and provided we confirm final numbers next Wednesday they can still sort out any additional food requirements. So its not too late to get your name down for the BBQ.

If you are just planning on coming along without wanting the BBQ please feel free to come along, there is no need to confirm although it would be good for me to have an idea of numbers so it would be appreciated.
