After 2 months

My car is now almost 2 months old with 2250 miles covered.
Overall, I am very pleased with the car, there are a couple of questions I would like to ask fellow 992 owners.

  • When the car is cold, I find the PDK jerky in changing up gears, I did not experience this on the previous model. After the oil is warm it seems OK.
  • I am still having trouble with the trip data on the Porsche connect, when I change from MPH to KPH in the car, it updates correctly on the Porsche connect. Porsche connect have not responded to me on this query.
I would be grateful of your feed back from your experiences so far with the 992 model on these issues.

Hello
After 1 month no problems to report with my 992 C4S. PDK is incredibly smooth - another step on from previous.
Trip data on the Porsche Connect app was initially not available. I e-mailed them and after a few days it was fixed and they e-mailed to suggest un-installing and re-installing the app (which I did not need to do). All working correctly now. Not sure what you mean by MPH and KPH but you can set this in the app: Go to My Account (bottom right) and click Settings (under History).
Overall really like the car.

Thanks for your reply,

What I meant with MPH/KPH was in the car itself, (car/control/system/units/MPH/KPH) the setting that is changed when driving abroad. I found this out from my recent trip in the car abroad.
My problem is not only applicable to the app, but also from MyPorsche on my desk top.

I will monitor the smoothness of the change up of gears when cold, I might take to my PC centre to show, but it has to be cold.
