Join R7 and Porsche Club at Lotherton Hall for the Yorkshire Region’s annual celebration of everything Porsche, sponsored by Leeds based specialist Strasse and Specialist Cars of Malton. Attracting hundreds of Porsches every year there is something for everyone, from the concours competition, displays from Strasse and SCOM, race cars, trade village, Hog Roast, live band and hopefully great weather! Open to Club members and all Porsche enthusiasts, you can pre-book your entry ticket here at the discounted price of only £7.50 per vehicle which includes admission to the hall and estate. Tickets can be purchased on the gate on the day however, they will be charged at the standard Lotherton Hall admissions price. Non-Porsche parking will also be available within the grounds if you can't make it in your Porsche.

R3 always have a great presence at this event and should anyone wish to join us for the drive down to Lotherton. Please add to this thread if you would like to join us at either of the meeting points, shown in the details below; Washington services (South bound) DH3 2SJ. Meet from 7.45am to leave at 8.00am prompt. Scotch Corner Services DL10 6PQ Regroup in the car park at the front of the Travelodge at the services, we aim to be there around 8.45am leaving at 9.00am after a short toilet & coffee stop.

Have ordered my ticket....I'll be at "Washy" as Alastair says....Let's make sure we are on time leaving Scotch Corner....remember the queues last year (for some) and I'm sure it will be well attended this year, it just seems to get bigger and bigger...

We will see all @ Washington services, David Chapman mentioned prepaid tickets have a priority access lane this year apparently, so shouldn’t be queues!

Ordered my ticket a few weeks ago, but all I have is what looks like an acknowledgement email. Is that it or should there be a "ticket" of some form?

Anyway, I'll be at Washington services, looks to be good stream heading down the A1.

Cheers,

Mark

Mark, someone on Yorkshire's Forum was asking the same question, "tickets will be sent out 10-14 days prior to the event so they should be received mid/late July"

Hopefully we'll have our tickets in time.

Ticket Purchased but unfortunately I am having to travel from Sheffield so I will have to see you all there. Will I be able to park up with the rest of R3?

Hi John, we will do our best to save you a spot although we do tend to end up scattered about the field a bit, but don't let that deter you.

You're more than welcome to join us when we are enjoying sitting and chewing the fat or kicking a tyre or three, so don't forget your picnic chair [:)]

Just been told by Maxine at Cornbury House that tickets should be coming out this week in the post folks. David.

Hi there, I was going to ask the same question re tickets - presume no further update, will they be hard copy or email?

thanks

Chris

Change of plan, I am in Harrogate the day before so will see everyone at the event!

Hi Everyone

I would like to join you for the convoy at Washington Services. It’ll be my

first event with my 911 so I’m very much looking forward to it!

Simon.
