Hi PCBG members,

I am interested in getting my first Porsche 911 and thought I would post to see if anyone knew of any cars available. Looking for a Porsche 911 997 GTS (possibly Turbo or Turbo S)
Cabriolet
2008 onwards gen 2
PDK, Sports chrono pack, PSM, Bose

Additional wants:
Alcantara interior and steering wheel
Electric memory seats

I am not particular about colour...

Please reply if you have any suggestions about procurement or even the specification choice.

hi there and welcome!

997 GTS is a stonking car. I would advise to read up here and other forums like 911uk. Porsche dealers are expensive but if you factor in the warranty it isn't so bad and the peace of mind will be worthy investment. Next option would be reputable dealers and there is no shortage of those and many will be happy to talk you through the 997 range. Oh a PPI is a must for private sales in my opinion unless you know what to look for. Turbos are rocket ships for sure but the noise of the NA engine is addictive. Options are very objective outside of sports chrono pack etc but do check for auto dimming mirrors as they were not standard...not surprisingly! :p Good luck!
