i have a 2016 V6 3L Diesel Cayenne, done 38000 miles but only averages 30 to 33 mpg. I happened to visit my local OPC today and asked them what should be the average mpg and they indicated a figure of 38 to 40 mpg. The Cayenne had the software update some time ago for the emissions recall. I would appreciate if any members are able to provide their average mpg who have the same spec of Cayenne.

We have one thats just pre adblu. On a long run we’d get 38 ish. Shorter runs, say a round trip of 20 miles to our nearest town and back including 16 miles of motorway would probably give mid 30’s depending on traffic flow in the town.

Also depends how hard you push it ??

I've had my 3.0l V6 diesel about 3 weeks now. So far, I get about 37-39mpg on a long run and 29-33mpg on short (3 mile) runs.

About 34mpg on a long run and 31 on short trips. Could be my right foot but there are plenty of hills where I live in North Wales Which may affect the fuel consumption
