Anyone looking for a cheap 944S2 project car ?

I've decided to sell my 89 944S2 because its just not getting any use .
I just MOTd the car last week and looking at the MOT mileage history I see I have driven the car less than 300 miles in the past 3 years !  thats a criminal waste really.
I shall need to take some comprehensive photos and construct a detailed description this weekend but I thought I would see if there was any interest from a PCGB member first before advertising it on the dreaded flebay.
Good bits
Its  Baltic blue with linen interior
Adjustable Koni suspension all round.
It has a Promax chip and is pretty quick.
Specialist ignition components
New replacement sills 2019
New windscreen 2018
New battery 2018
Cup 2 wheels with near new tyres all round.
Bad bits
 cam belt needs changing (supplied)
Body and interior is tatty
Dash has  cracks
I was hoping to get around £4500.00 ono but perhaps thats too much ?
let me know what you think it might be worth as I am about 10 years out of touch with values

Assuming that the sills were done well and the rest of the bodywork is OK I would have thought £8-9k would be more realistic. Valuations have shot up in the last couple of years.

thanks William but the car is tatty and needs quite a bit of work inside and out as well as belts and some brake pipes have advisories .
I'll take some pics and then it will give a better idea of general condition and work needed.
Its feasible to use the car as a daily driver whilst doing most of the work which is always an advantage I guess.
