Hello all!
I've just joined the club after buying my first Porsche, a Boxster 2.9 PDK last weekend. What a car, I'm delighted with it.
I have a question about connecting my iphone. (model 5 SE)
I've look all through the manual and scoured the internet to find a solution to my problem all to no avail.
The car is a base model and I can pair my iphone with no problem. It now appears in the phone list on the screen in the car. I can dial out and receive calls but, here's the thing, I can hear the other person but they can't hear me!
Has anyone here had this issue? I'd really appreciate any insights.
Thank you all.

Is your model Radio the CDR or PCM (With the Nav)

I have PCM using an iPhone 8 and haven't experienced this issue. Although I don't tend to use it much, the bluetooth is pretty pointless when you have the roof down ;)

I had exactly this problem with my 981 when I bought it nearly new. I tried all the settings I could think of. Very frustrating! In the end it turned out than the microphone cable had been crimped by a clamp on the steering column, either at time of manufacture or when the selling OPC swapped the steering wheel for me as part of the deal. They installed a new microphone and its cable, no problem, issue solved.
