Anyone fancy joining me and well over 100 other vehicles on this tour (last year it was over 80 miles) for vintage, classic and other cars through Beds, Bucks & Northants.? Starting at Poplars Garden Centre by M1 J12, highlights include a drive on the Alpine Circuit at Millbrook Proving Ground, a coffee/tea break at Broughton Castle near Banbury, with finish at the Paddock Club in the Wing at Silverstone Circuit.

As you take the included light lunch in the Wing, from the balcony you will be able to watch the track activities on the Grand Prix circuit.

It’s a charity event for the MK Hospital Neonatal Unit Little Lives Appeal which buys state-of-the-art medical equipment and other items that enhance the care of their tiniest patients. At £100 per car, driver and co-driver including lunch (plus £25 per extra passenger), it’s a modest price for a great day out, and you will be helping a very worthy cause.

The organisers prefer cars made before 2000, and there will be many of them, but all ages of Porsche are acceptable – it’s a fund-raising event after all!

If you didn’t pick up a flyer and entry form at the last meeting at Sharnbrook, more information is available at http:www.autoclassicastorage.co.uk/mk-classic-car-tour-2019

Please let me know if you would like to enter, but you will need to apply for registration yourselves, using the form on the link above.

Cheers.
