We have a great opportunity to visit the marvellous Shuttleworth Military Airshow on 7 July 2019, with discounted ticket entry.

In order to get a special entrance price of £23 per person, we will need a minimum of 10 people to buy tickets, giving you admittance to the entire site which includes vintage vehicles, motorcycles and over 50 historic aircraft, as well as the lovely Swiss Garden nearby.

If we have enough interest in this event, it should also be possible to secure a dedicated parking area for Porsche Club members, so that we can all enjoy it together.

It’s important to note that all tickets are non-refundable or transferable if you find you are unable to attend.

Once we know we have enough people, tickets can then may be made available to buy through the Club website.

If you are certain you would like to come, please tell me here, by posting on this thread and please also email me specifically on r10@porscheclubgb.com, with Name(s) of those who wish to attend and what Porsche(s) you intend to come in. I will start a list to determine if we have sufficient numbers to gain the discounted entry fee and then we can go from there.

I recommend this to you all - having previously visited Shuttleworth and Swiss Garden many times, there are many interesting things to see there and more recently a much improved site - a good R10 turnout there would be great[:)]

Hi Paul,

Count me in with one other pls... email on the way!
Thanks.
Mark

Great, Mark - nice to hear an positive, enthusiastic reply [:)]
You’re on the provisional list - look out for more info if and when this happens [;)]

Any more of you want to join us on the day?...

Good - Mike and Sue, you’re ‘listed’ (heh, heh) [;)]

Any more coming? - get on the list too........

Great - John (+son), Mike and Sherry, you’re all on the list.
A website event area to purchase tickets should be available very soon, as we have the minimum number required [:D]

I would be good if any others are interested in coming along, as we may need more intentions to attend to make this work well.
I’m confident there will be a workaround, even if we’re not in parked together as a group on the day.

Tell us soon if you’d like to come...

Sure, Dave and Lindsey - but can you email me your details as asked above in the first post, please?
Then I can get you on the list.

Thanks

Hi folks,
Do you mind a R9 member joining you?

Hi Ian - It would be great if you’d like to join us.
If you can send me you details (names and Porsche you will be arriving in) on r10@porscheclubgb.com, I can include you too [:)]

Please note, though, that there’s a small glitch with certain emails I’m receiving at the moment, so if you don’t receive a reply via email from me within 24 hours, please call Club office and ask them to contact me with your request... look forward to hearing from you.
