R3 Gibson Motorsport Visit. 16th March.

As most of you know, this event has so far been extremely difficult to schedule, due to weather issues and staff problems at Gibson Motorsport.

I am pleased to say this event is still going ahead but can everyone involved please check over your revised schedule and check they still work for you.

As I definitely can’t make the 16th, it would seem only fair to let someone on your waiting list have the place. Perhaps I could be on your list for the 2nd, in case of cancellations etc - of course, I hope that you will all be hale and hearty and able to attend!!

Don't despair yet Gordon. I am sure one of the lovely boys & girls from R3 will be keen to support another fellow R3 member. Not everyone reads this forum on a daily basis so I am confident we can still find you a slot.

Alex also tells me he can not make the 16th so if anyone would like his space please let me know ASAP.

Greg, I do t suppose any spare placed for a passenger have come up on 2nd visit have they?

JohnCR westher permitting I’m and depending on answer above & senior management (wife) I may be up for a drive out!

 
Sadly Simon we had a lot of members interested in this and already have a reserve list so sadly not on this occasion.

Should anything change I will get in touch.

lunch sounds interesting afterwards but for me it will depend on what time both groups get finished. I am not exactly sure of the format Dan & Paul want to run our visit this year.

Richard & Alex I have swapped you guys around to ensure this works for everyone.

Thanks again Richard & Dave for kindly swapping with Alex & Gordon which means so far, no one will need to miss out that had booked to go on this experience back in Feb.

No problem Greg, thought it worth checking...I’ve managed to get a couple of my young nephews interested...one went on the weekends runout leaving the other one gutted so was trying to play an even hand...they’ll be other runs!

I am now not able to make my date on the 16th...... Will be on route back off holiday which has literally just been booked (had to keep the wife sweet) in the last 30mins.

I know its short notice but if anyone would be willing to swap for this Saturday it would be appreciated.

Greg can we give this 24 hrs please? If not please pass on to a good home to a member who is on the reserve list.

Bugger I thought I'd found my nephews slot...although it'd be obvious that he isn't a driver as an 8 year old he cant reach the pedals LOL

More pressing question...is there a convoy down to Gibson planned?
