[FONT=arial"]Porsche Kendal are having a Cars & Caffeine event on Saturday 16th March starting at 10.00am and finishing at 12.00. To coincide with this event we have also arranged a visit to the UK importer of Chemical Guys who are based close by in Kendal.

For those who do not know them, Chemical Guys are one of the biggest car cleaning and detailing brands in the USA and have been selling in the UK for a number of years and have recently appointed a new importer for their products who luckily for us is based in Cumbria.

The Team at Chemical Guys UK are going to welcome us from 12.00 onwards and will be providing us with coffee and bacon rolls/hot dogs whilst they demonstrate to us some of their extensive range of car cleaning products. You never know your car may be selected for some special treatment on the day.

[FONT=verdana, geneva"]There will be exclusive deals and offers for all Porsche Club Members not only on the day but on going as Chemical Guys are looking to work with us at future events including our forthcoming Regional Show in May and our Concours event in June.

Visit their website for more information : https://www.chemicalguysuk.co.uk/

Can you please inform us by text, email or comment below if you wish to attend the Chemical Guys event so they can plan the food on the day.

Was hoping to come along to the first cars and coffee this year, however I’m over in Geneva for the motorshow.
Thanks

I'll be there Martin, 997 or Boxster......but probably Ford Connect and fill up with parts at Kendal [:D]

Everything is organised and Chemical Guys have the bacon rolls etc. ordered for our arrival on Saturday lunchtime.

We look forward to seeing those of you that are joining us firstly at Porsche Kendal around 10.00 then onwards to Chemical Guys at 12.00.

The post code for both addresses in case you haven’t been before are :

Porsche Kendal : LA9 6BX
Chemical Guys : LA9 7EN

The horrible weather didn't deter 30+ hardy Members who I hope had a great morning at Porsche Kendal with cake and coffee in abundance. Some amazing cars on display and a massive thanks to Simon Parker and his Team who looked after us with their usual enthusiasm.

Then onwards to Chemical Guys who welcomed R22 for the first time but definitely not for the last time as they had plentiful supplies of coffee and bacon rolls ready for us upon arrival (Do you notice the food theme here) :ROFLMAO:

The staff were on hand to offer advice and demonstrate products including snow foam, clay bar decontamination and sealants plus a shop full of products to keep any clean car perfectionist happy for days with discounts for those who wished to purchase some goods while we were there.

We have some exciting news coming from Chemical Guys, but I will leave this for a future Regional Meeting once we have finalised the details with them.
