No classic car show at Corbridge/bywell in 2019

Just found out that there won't be a classic car show at Corbridge/Bywell in 2019 , the organising club , MG Northumbria have pulled the plug on it , sounds like some internal club politics have done for it , shame as it's always been a very good day out .

That is very strange.
I have been going to this one on/off for almost 15 years.
This year was the first time they moved to Bywell for better organised access and exit.
Didn't get to this years one as I took the Boxster to a show in Essex.
It seems to have grown year on year and approaching 1000 show cars.
Just checked out MG Northumbria website newsletter, it appears they have decided not to run next years show due to "limited & dwindling volunteer support" by local members to be able to run the show safely.
Perhaps it was getting too big for a local club to run.
A victim of their own success.
