How do!

Anyone else get a very slight hesitation at 1900rpm in first and second, didn't do it when I first got the car a few years back.

Changed the MAF, Plugs, Coils, which are the three things that have in the past caused similar.
Any thoughts welcome, it's nothing major, just annoying as i like things to be spot on.
Feels like an air leak or a well in the map thats being compensated for by something usually, and is a bit out.
I'm going to order one of those OBD reader gismos (obd is all a bit new to me) and see if i can get a read off of the lambda sensors etc.

It idles pretty good, very very slight waver occasionally, and goes through the cold start cycle okay too, ie the revs are higher on first start and drop over a period of 30s to normal, then the sound changes as it leans the mixture out.

thoughts opinions... etc welcome. or ideally if anyone has had this before, a straight answer.

cheers
Justin.

Ps hi, first post, but been lurking for ages.
:)

Welcome Justin!

I would start with a diagnostic check and see if anything comes up. A cheap code reader will give you basic information, but might not show Porsche specific fault codes. There are dozens of cheap Chinese ones, but if you want a handheld scanner, take a look at the Foxwell ones, as they do a model for Porsche. Pricey, but get good reports.

It might be a sensor, or maybe even a Variocam solenoid, but without a decent diagnostic test you are shooting in the dark.
