The New Year dinner will again be held at the Grange Hotel in York on Saturday 26th January, where we have space for up to 50 members.

We will meet in the Bar from 7.00 with dinner served at 8.00, dress code is smart with optional Black Tie.

The food at the Grange is very good and at £35 per head for three courses + tea/coffee we think very reasonable.

We will need menu choices in advance along with payment in full, probably before the end off December, but will confirm this to those who are booked to attend.

So if you would like to join us please get in touch or sign up here.

Please can you put us both down to attend, we are looking forward to this again as we enjoyed this years event very much.
Thanks for organising again.

Is there a concessional room rate for those of us that might want to stay over on the Saturday night and what are the parking arrangements?

Hi Ian, If you mention when booking a room that you are attending the function they will give you a reduced rate on the room. There is only parking at the hotel for residents and this needs to be also booked if you are staying.

Thanks, Tim we'll give it a go. I seem to remember that parking there was a bit tight so we might have to turn up in the Smart rather than the Macan!

Yes it is very tight and only limited spaces hence restricted for residents. We have booked to stay the night but will get a taxi in, discount off the room price is not great though.

+2 here please for Lisa and me. Thanks for organising what is guaranteed to be another great R7 NY Dinner!

Hi Mark,

Happy New Year!

Do we need to choose the menu or make any payment yet?

Mike
Mike,

I will be sending the menu round with a request for payment either this afternoon or tomorrow morning.

Hi Mark,

not sure if I dreamed about reserving a space for me and Amanda.

please let me know if we need to send you any cash, or if we're too late.

thanks

Daniel

Quick note of thanks to Mark and Carol for organising last night‘s NY Dinner.

The food was delightful as was the company. As our first NY Dinner Ellie and I were made very welcome and we look forward future events in 2019.

Thanks again,

Mike and Ellie
