  • Roasted tomato and red pepper soup with puff pastry snippets (V)
  • Smoked salmon, melon and lemon gel with a radish salad

The Main Event

  • Traditional roast turkey served with all the trimmings, wilted greens and roasted carrots
  • Beetroot & squash wellington with kale pesto, herb crushed potato cakes, wilted greens and seasonal vegetables (V)

The Treat

  • Bailey’s and white chocolate tiramisu (V)
  • Caramelised Peach brioche bread and butter pudding with traditional custard (V)

To Finish Tea or coffee and Christmas pudding bon bons
