electric problems 997.1C2S

i have a major electric failure with my 997.1 C2S (1997)
after accidentally stalling the car when trying to restart the whole car is dead as if battery was isolated
its a new battery 6months ago confirmed in good condition
porsche assist looked at it for 2 hrs and have concluded battery is fine but there appears to be a problem with the feed from the battery thru the bulkhead to
distribution box??which then feeds the main fuse box and engine
mention has been made of a fault with a device designed to cut all power in the event of an accident impact
porshe solihull tech advice hasnt been able to help so planning to leave car withthem for investigation
fortunately it is still under extended porsche warranty
has anyone come across this issue before??
advice plse ??
