Leather colour/code

Is anyone able to tell me what grey colour/code leather seats are in a 968,please?

Our Steingrau 924S originally had Linen seats with vinyl outer/ linen cloth centres but the cloth wore through & came away from the vinyl because of needle burn-only drivers seat affected.

I replaced the seats with grey leather ones from a guy in North London ( £120 the set) who said they were from a 968 -they have been OK needing a little TLC but now the drivers back rest needs a liittle area of the piping restoring so I will do the 2 front seats at that time.

PET suggests Classic grey mainly.

Mine is Light Grey, similar to Linen, but less yellow.
I'll check and see what the code is.

If you search (Google) for E_968_Katalog.pdf and E_STZ_Katalog.pdf you'll find all you need to know, as your sticker in the front of your owners manual should give you the codes for the original options fitted to 968's.

I would imagine that the Porsche website will have similar files for your 86 924 - but if they're like the equivalent 944 files be careful, as for 944's there are 2 files depending on model year.

Thanks guys-of course I haven't got a trim sticker hence the query-it looks like I've got a mid grey set so presumably Classic grey-only need the code to order some leather dye-the suppliers tend to be rather pedantic & I've never found enough spare leather under a seat to cut a sample from.

I'll have a go at a jpeg or 2 tomorrow & perhaps you could compare & confirm either way.
The chap I bought the complete seat set from told me that the car they came from had been owned by a well known artist which explained the odd spots of various colours found on the seats here & there.
