Changing Fuel Injection Hoses with engine in

Ok so disconnected the hose that runs underneath the manifold but cant see how you get this out without deforming it which I don't want to do , so concluded inlets will have to be removed , will read my Haynes manual but any pitfalls / difficulties in removing the inlets , looks to me that everything will be accessible then / easy to change
 
OK so have now completed this job and changed all three high pressure hoses in the system , if anyone is contemplating this job please feel free to contact me for advice.
