All R10 members are invited to enter our relaxed R10 Show & Shine on Saturday 8th September 2018, which will again be held at
Dove House Motor Company, Rushden (NN10 6BS) from 9.30 am.
(Please NOTE this event replaces our usual monthly meet at Sharnbrook)
Formal registration will take place on the day…. meanwhile, so that we can gauge numbers for parking and catering purposes,
please indicate your attendance by responding on this thread.
The R10 Show & Shine will be a gathering of our region’s members’ Porsches, where you can enjoy ‘pride of ownership’ in a friendly display, and vote for what you consider to the best of each others’ cars in four categories:
Trophies will be awarded in each category, and Dove House has kindly offered to judge and award their own prize for the Dove House Choice of vehicle.
Dove House will also provide bacon rolls and coffee.
While you are at the event, you will have the opportunity to view Dove House’s superb selection of prestige sports and other cars, and who knows, you may be tempted!
In addition, you will be able to learn more about car detailing from a representative from Autoglym car cleaning products, and, on a first-come, first-served basis, you can have your car looked at on a ramp by one of Dove House’s expert technicians.
Cars are encouraged to arrive from 9.30 am, cut-off for registration is 11.00 am, and the event will conclude after the announcement of winners and presentation of trophies from 1.00 pm. You may of course choose to attend and not participate in the competition, but we do hope that everyone will Show and Shine!
