I have enquired about the likelihood of a PCGB v Porsche Centres & Lloyds Bodyshop for some time. Finally a date and time has been agreed for this ultimate karting event.

We have chosen Teesside Karting, Teesside Autodrome, South Tees Motor Sports Park, South Bank Rd, Middlesbrough TS6 6XH as the best venue to hold this event as they have offered us the full use of the international circuit, which is a huge fast track and guaranteed to challenge all the drivers.

With only 35 spaces to share between three teams, places will be very limited and at present we have only 15 spaces allotted for our team, which will be allocated on a first come first served basis, cost is £55pp, for which you will get 20 minute practice before a gruelling hard fought 40 minute race, so if you are up for a challenge you will need to get your name down fast.

Please contact me at r3@porscheclubgb.com for details of how to make your payment asap.

Please note your space will not be guaranteed until full payment has been received as we only have a short time to pre-pay and book this.

It will be very interesting to see just who will be fastest on the day and even if you don't want to race why not pop along and support all the drivers and join in the fun it promises to be a nail biting event.

71kg in a cart bring it on. Yes, put me down for it, as long as Dave does't fling bananas as me as I go past him :).

Hi Simon I am afraid it's only open to R3 members at the minute as we have had so much interest, if we have any spare places I will let you know, it would be good to have you along.

On another note do you fancy Witton Castle again this year August 19th? Still spaces for concours visitor class.

Please please please, read the info on the thread, regarding costs and details. If you confirm you wish to attend by email I will send back payment details. So far those who have confirmed by email are,

Kenny R- paid

John Han- paid

Andy J- paid

David C

Adam M -paid

Richard K-paid

Stephen W -paid

Andy R- paid

Jack D-paid

John Hal-paid

One day I will return to concours, but too late for this year, its a lot of work!

If you end up short for karting put me down, cheers.

Spaces are starting to fill up, don't delay if you would like to join in we even have members from other Regions who would love to join in the fun.

No worries Simon I will let you know, just keep an eye on the forum. Who knows the other teams may not be able to fill their allocation which will also allow us more spaces.

If there is a space left please put me down Greg. I’ll be back from holiday and refreshed by then!
