Help with purchasing a Cayenne diesel 2009

Good Morning,
Since selling my Boxster, I have also decided to move on my Range Rover TDV8. I am considering a Cayenne Diesel 2009 that is for sale at a local dealer. The car has done around 100k and is priced at 10000. I am well versed in using specialists to service my RR (Mark Smith in Bicester) and locally to me is Autofarm. So the transition from one specialist to another will be easy. However, I can find very little on line about buying the diesel. Could someone help? the car has had 2 owners and has a comprehensive service history. I appreciate that older cars will have niggling issues but I am keen to learn about the big worries. I tend to over-service my cars and consiquently, the RR has been very reliable. Would the associated servicing costs be comparable?
Any advice, more detail the better, would be very helpful.
many thanks,
Charles.
