two questions from a newbie

Hello
Can you help me with the following
1.. What is the modification to the front as seen on this pic

the air inlet bit between the lights

2..I need a new Throttle Control, its a little black box that sits north of the turbo unit and next to the bit that holds the idle screw. I have been quoted £120 for this from Jaz Porsche - is this a fair price?

1. It's a vented badge panel (fibreglass). Been contemplating one for some time, maybe a group buy could be sorted if there was enough people in the same boat ?

Do you mean throttle body or throttle position sensor, I have a secondhand one of both if needed.
