Haver been having great fun in my newly acquired SC however the 1st problem has arisen. Groaning sound from the front left brake & pulling to one side. I live in Liverpool but work in Chester, does anyone know or recommend someone there? Cheers

9M in Warrington are good, and you may be able to get a courtesy car from them. 01925242342.

I'll second that. Would hesitate to trust my car anywhere else. [;)]

Why don't you come along to Sports & Classic open day tomorrow? Knutsford - just enough to get the oil nice 'n hot! [8D]

Andrew Kirk in Birkenhead another option - might be slightly lower labour rates than 9M

Do you know anyone who has used him?

Can you recommend?

Just had mine serviced by Christopher Neil's in Northwich. Very helpful, good pricing (although did need new discs and pads all round [] - but nearly half the price of the OPC!). The 1.5 Subaru Imprezza courtesy car was pure comedy - certainly wasn't going to break any speed limits in it!

I've used Andy Kirk in Birkenhead for over 2 years now. No complaints at all - knowledgeable and very reasonable rates compared with OPC.
Handy for Hamilton Sqr. rail station as well!!
I believe he was former workshop manager for one of the OPCs but not sure which one.
