I researched these a while ago and was told by dealer in Germany these are of average quality and to stick to OE Porsche cups or Speedlines.

Thats interesting chfs as they were offered as an option on the 968 in the accessories brochure at the time[&:]
Just fancied them Dave as a track option as sort of original.

Although as we know, Porsche don't get it right everytime. Just look at the Cayenne or Panamera or that new Speedsters tramps hat of a roof[:)]

Reading new Evo the other night and they were waxing lyrical on the new Lexus LFA Sportscar.
When I got to the bit that said the engine and rear axle are joined by a solid torque tube and that it has a transaxle instead of a front mounted gearbox I smiled. As the DB9 and the MX5 it mentioned?
I then grimaced as I considered how far further Porsche would be if they had had the resources at the time to develop the front engined cars.

Two door Panamera would be nice. With about a half ton of weight removed. With the box in the right place. Designed by someone with a new pencil, not one of those old generic 911 looky likey pencils[;)]

Mr Hooper....do you want a set of 8/9" x 18 Carrera's....with track tyres.....choice of matt black or white? Need to assess what i have and will call you. Be warned, replacement tyres are not cheap. (235/40/18 & 265/35/18)

Likely to sell both sets - one will be slightly more than the other - need the cash to fund new venture (read money pit) (although i think it is about the cheapest car i have EVER bought!)

Jason that's very kind of you but not a fan of 5 spokes on older cars. Like Boxster wheels on 968's.
I already have two rear 9x17 C2 but really need 8x17 for the front.

And the cheapest car ever is.......................what???????
C'mon spill it [;)][;)]

Cheers
Dave
