How to torque the lower control (coffin) arm

Hey - I'm part way through a complete suspension refresh on my 996 C4.1 Cab (Spyder Performance kit) and can't work out how to torque up the eccentric bolts that hold the coffin arm (and track rod) to the chassis.

I was expecting to connect a crowfoot to my torque wrench, but there is just no room to work in there.

Anyone any advice please?
