Reading Porsche Post I noticed that Stuart's car has been given the number BGC 612G by those nice people at the DVLA

When I took my car for registration a few years ago I was given the number BGC 516G !! Our cars must be brothers...

I always thought the 'BGC' stood for Bloody Good Car[:)][:)]

How about this then the DVLA just gave me LBP 913P or my 1976 912E just one out from 912 P (porsche)

BGC *** is simply the letters that have been allocated for anyone registering or re-registering a 1969 car. When 999 have been done i guess they'll choose BGD or something.

My last 912 from 1968 was WGC ***F and I saw at least another 2 WGC ***F 1968 American import Porsches.
