They have 6 pairs in stock - might be a case of the first 6 on the list get them, but I can ask Pelican about getting more in if there is enough interest.

So, that's the initial 6. I'm off to France for 10 days on Friday. Please keep posting and when I get back I'll contact Pelican to do the deal. Obviously, to benefit from sharing the shipping costs it would make sense if we could distribute the covers between us once they're in the UK. I guess Phil (in Ireland) I would have to post them to you - or do you come over to England often?

UPDATE: I've contacted Airplex the manufacturer in New Zealand and asked if I can deal with them directly. Will keep you posted.

Hi guys. Uncle Vic kindly clued me up on this thread. Please add one pair for me to this list. Regards to you all Graeme36S

Rich.... you de man ! I'll take two pairs please - realising that I'll be in the second batch ( if you use Pelican ) as outside the original 6 etc etc.

Okay, the list is now closed and I'll place the order as soon as I have confirmation from you all. I've sent an email to everyone via your profile. [:)]

Maybe a little late.... An ad on Page 132 of this months Porsche post, Transend in the UK have acrylic headlight protectors for H4/H1 headlights up for £32.

They must have ordered a pallet of them to get the price that low! Scrap the group buy. I can't beat Transend on cost even direct from Airplex. [&:]

We are presuming Transend have more than one or two sets ...... page 132 shows an advert for wheels ..... hold on there Rich.

The ad is in the August issue not the latest Sept issue. I'll hold for now. If you call them Des can you ask how many sets they have in (or can get) at that price?

Rich firstly thanks so much for all your efforts ... as I thought Transend (01799 584833) only now have a few sets left ... so be quick!

Sorry to confuse your group buy Rich... There is a certain irony in that, after arranging a shipment from the other side of the world, the potential solution was a small ad in a recent Porsche Post.[:D]
