Hi,
Is there anything specific I should check out, it has AIR CON, and AIR BAG by the way.
If its a 93 model it should be a 'P' series, check the chassis number as it may be an older model as a lot sat around for ages waiting to be sold in the late 80s and early 90s,
also the air con isnt likely to be wonderful and if needing charged up will need replacing with ozone friendly fluid and sometimes requires new seals and other bits[
A site to check out http://www.titanic.co.uk/964/
also Adrian Streather on Rennlist is the man in the know of all things 964 http://forums.rennlist.com/ also his book available from club shop is a huge mine of info.
also Johns website at http://www.porsche964.co.uk/

Whilst we are on the subject of 996's for sale, a pal of mine wishes to sell his 1998 'R' reg. Coupe. He is asking if about £34 k is a fair price to ask.
Any suggestions, please.
Steve.
You would be best asking the 996 forum this Steve [

No, I didn't drive it, but I asked alot of questions about it. Like several HK cars, the service history was not complete. This put me off and I took it no further. I did howver talk to the previous owner, who said that it was a very good car and the only reason he sold it was the noise level!
Regards
Dominic
