Boxengasse is proud to announce the return of Megaphonics, taking place on Saturday 1st and Sunday 2nd August 2026 at its dedicated Porsche campus in Oxfordshire: Boxengasse, Langford Lane, Bicester, OX25 2NS.
Megaphonics has become the defining Porsche moment in the automotive calendar: a celebration of Porsche culture in its most considered, ambitious, and authentic form. For 2026, the event expands into a full two-day weekend for the first time, giving greater space to the cars, people, stories, and partnerships that define the
marque.
New for Megaphonics 26 is a major Live Stage programme, creating a focal point at the heart of the weekend.
Significant cars will be driven onto the stage for live presentations, interviews, and conversations with some of the most influential figures in Porsche culture - from legendary racing drivers and designers to sponsors, restorers and leading resto-mod companies.
Headline speakers include Richard Attwood and Tony Hatter, two figures deeply woven into Porsche history. Attwood was part of Porsche’s first overall victory at the 24 Hours of Le Mans in 1970, driving the now-iconic red-and-white Porsche Salzburg 917. Tony Hatter is one of Porsche’s defining modern designers, with work spanning the 993, 911 GT1 and Carrera GT - cars that continue to shape the marque’s design and motorsport legacy.
For the first time, the Megaphonics Historic Display will welcome landmark electric and water-cooled Porsches, expanding the story beyond the air-cooled icons for which the event is best known. Spearheading this evolution will be the Hertz Team JOTA Porsche 963, one of the most advanced endurance racing prototypes of the modern era, combining hybrid technology with a 4.6-litre twin-turbo V8 and the spirit of Porsche’s great prototype racers.
Megaphonics 26 will also celebrate the 75th anniversary of Porsche in Great Britain, with Porsche Cars GB creating a significant exhibition space at the event. The anniversary offers a fitting opportunity to honour Porsche’s British story, from its earliest presence in the UK to the passionate community that surrounds the marque today.
Megaphonics 26 promises to be the most ambitious edition yet: a two-day celebration of heritage, design, innovation, engineering, and community, set within a venue created by and for Porsche enthusiasts.
