21 June 2025

Modern Classics at Gaydon – Sixes and Sevens

Join us for a Porsche Modern Classic day out at the British Motor Museum on Saturday, 21 June. We have secured 200 dedicated parking spaces for Register parking and a reduced fee for entry.

The Club defines modern classic as models ending 6 and 7 (so sixes and sevens) between 1996 and 2012, and includes both 996 and 997 models of 911, 986 and 987 Boxsters and 987 Caymans. The engine size does not matter, it can be a 2.5 m96, a GT3 or a turbo, or anything in between, all are welcome.

The cost for Register parking and museum entry on the 21 June will be £18 per person, and we are hoping for this to be the largest Register gathering of the year! Ticket links can be found lower down on this page.

Later on in the same day is the Club’s event Summer Sosltice @Boxengasse, and we are looking to prepare routes so we can travel in convoy for those attending. Tickets for Summer Solstice can be booked here.

Alongside this we have a smaller number of tickets for lunch and a talk by Hartech Automotive on the M96 and M97 engines, of which they are the industry renown experts.

Hartech Automotive are leading Porsche engine specialists for M96/97 rebuilds and engine enhancements. In business since 1984, they provide unrivalled expertise in the repair and development of these engines including increasing cubic capacity.
