Porscheshop Manx Tour

The 21st Manx Tour didn’t tour in 2020, so we’ve simply hit the reset button and intend doing what we were going to do then, in 2021!

Life on the Isle of Man has been very different to the UK over the pandemic – the Island eliminated Covid and from mid-May, life has been ‘as normal’ with no social distancing or restrictions. We are excited to see friends old and new arrive for what has continued to be a really popular tour for over 20 years.

We don’t over-organise; The Isle of Man has over 500 miles of roads and bountiful attractions. There really is something for everyone. If you are a National Trust member, you’ll get concessionary entry to Manx National Heritage attractions such as Castle Rushen, and The Great Laxey Wheel. Walkers are well catered for, and if you just want to drive and discover, a number of routes are promoted on the Visit Isle of Man website here.
We’ve a few ‘musters’ planned including a visit the remarkable Official Porsche Centre in Douglas for a coffee stop and a mooch over what delights they have in there. The site shares its ground with Aston Martin and Bentley too, so there’s invariably something interesting in. For a step back in time, we’ll call on the remarkable Isle of Man Motor Museum at Jurby.

Once again, we’ll be the guests of Fynoderee Distillery. They will be at their new state of the art premises in the heart of Ramsey, just 10 minutes walk from the hotel! We plan to be there late Saturday afternoon, so you can partake in a couple of liveners before dinner either back at the hotel or at one of the many restaurants in town.
Early morning ‘Dawn Raid’ runs on the Saturday and Sunday will again be part of the enjoyment. We’ll look forward to seeing you.

The core event is for four days (three nights) but you can extend your stay at event prices and this year we actually see a significant price reduction .
The cost, including return Ferry from the UK, Hotel accommodation with breakfast, a welcome meal on the Friday evening and 'Gala dinner' on Sunday evening is £339 per person assuming two people sharing a car and a hotel room.
