Matters Reserved for the Board

For good governance and to clarify the decision-making between the Clubhouse team and the PCGB Board, the Board have defined a list of decisions which must be made by the Board and what level of majority is required.

Examples include staff appointments outside of the Board approved headcount (5 out of 7), approval of the appointment of officials (5 out of 7), approval of major contracts (5 out of 7), approval of the Club strategic aims (100%), changes to the structure, size and composition of the Board, or co-option of directors (100%).
