From track to street, the new 911 GT3 RS
The latest car to roll out of the Weissach Development Centre was unveiled in mid-August when Andreas Preuninger introduced us to the 992 GT3 RS. Launched in a fitting combination of white with red wheels, decals and accents, the car paid homage to the original 2.7 Carrera RS, launched 50 years ago in 1972 – the first 911 to wear the RS (‘Rennsport’) badge.
