With the weather still ‘playing up’ meaning salt on the roads, I guess most Sportos are tucked up in their garages – mine is!
I keep the battery on a conditioner, with the lights on it telling me how good or bad it is. However, I am slightly concerned about the use of battery conditioners on old batteries. The battery is one of those things that tends to be ignored, “It works so is probably OK”. Having checked my records, I have discovered the Sporto’s battery is now eight years old and, although apparently sound, is probably due for a change.
