Last summer many of you kindly supported the inaugural Shire Outlaw Gathering near Church Stretton. I am very excited to announce Shire Outlaw Gathering 2 (SOG2) on Saturday 24 August. This year SOG2 is in support of Calfest 2019, a Shropshire event in memory of Callum Ward, an inspirational young man who sadly took his own life in 2017. The SOG2 cars will be on display at a beautiful farmhouse (a different venue to last year), along with Calfest’s fantastic mix of local bands, delicious food and other fun stuff!
There is a £10pp charge (a family of four is £25) - however every single penny goes to mental health charities because the family and friends of Callum are underwriting all costs. So, your entry fee is essentially a donation. No comps, guest lists or freebies, the battle to raise awareness of mental health is too important.
I would love to hear from you and see your car on 24 August. Cars to arrive from 12.30pm, event starts at 2pm at Dudgeley Farm, Lower Wood, All Stretton, Shropshire SY6 6LE.
