Region 13 Christmas Lunch 2018

This years Regional Christmas lunch will be held on Sunday the 16th December 12 noon for 1pm sit down.
Venue this year will be The Buckatree Hall Hotel, The Wrekin, Telford, Shropshire, TF6 5AL
We had a great time last year with 64 diners and would like to top that if possible this year.

The meal will consist of three courses plus coffee and mints for £20 per person

We require a £10 deposit per person once your name is added or payment in full would make it easier

Menu choices and balance of monies by 31st October.
 
As normal it should be a good social occasion with some form of opportunity to win prizes!!!

                       Winter Vegetable Soup, Finished with cream and croutons (v)
                    Honeydew and Watermelon Stack, Blackcurrant and thyme syrup (v)
                    Plump Atlantic Prawns, Crisp leaves , lemon and Marie rose sauce
                     Chicken Liver Parfait, Red onion marmalade and crusty bread

                 Roast festive turkey, bacon roll, pork & Sage stuffing and cranberry sauce
                       Traditional roast beef, Yorkshire pudding and pan gravy
                        Glazed Fllet of Cod, Tomato and rocket butter sauce
                       Bake Pork Loin , Apricot stuffing, Red wine and onion jus
                    Leek, Mushroom and Brie Bake, Cranberry and Walnut Crumb (v)

                   Traditional Christmas pudding coated in a rich brandy cream sauce
                               Tangy Lemon Tart, With forest berry compote
                          Butterscotch Profiteroles, filled with Sweetened Cream
                   White & Dark Chocolate Cheesecake, With cherry and Vanilla cream

                                  Finished with coffee and mince pies
