This day tour out will take in the principal black and white villages of Herefordshire, namely Eardisley, Sarnesfield, Weobley, Dilwyn, Eardisland and Pembridge.
We will assemble at the Honey Cafe at Bronllys at 10am, have coffee and depart at 11am. We will then head for the start of the tour, taking in Hay-on-Wye and the toll bridge at Whitney-on-Wye on the way. Following the tour around the villages we will head for Kington Golf Club for a buffet lunch, arriving there at 2pm. The views from this location are stunning. From here we will head back over the Radnor Forest and down to Builth Wells where participants will head for home in their various directions.
I will need to know how many wish to take part in this event by Monday 26 August as I have to book numbers for the buffet and pay a holding deposit. The Golf Club have agreed to charge £7pp for the food, which they assure me will be good. Cash on the day please. Neil 07891 684435.
