Assembling at 10am at Craig y Nos Country Park, Penycae, we will have coffee and a chat in the cafe there, before leaving at 11.15am for the the 40 mile Run. This will take in the A4069 Black Mountain Road, Llanddeusant, Usk Reserviour, Trecastle and finishing at Llandovery for lunch at the Kings Head Inn.
