THE EVENT STARTS AT 1830 WITH PRE-DINNER DRINKS
We are very excited to announce a new venue for our end of year Dinner Dance at the splendid Osborne Hotel, Torquay, TQ1 2LL. The hotel has a great reputation for fine dining, is just the right size for us and offers a more personal service. There are great facilities with an indoor swimming pool and gym along with outstanding views over Meadfoot Beach and the bay. The function suite is superb and we will have just about exclusive use of the hotel for our event given the 32 rooms available. You can book for as many nights as you like, of course, or just for the function itself.

The Dinner Dance price will include :- pre-dinner drinks reception, a 3 course Christmas meal with much more choice than at previous events, half a bottle of wine per person, coffee/mince pies, DJ and private music/disco.
Naturally we will have our renowned raffle and auction where, in 2017, we raised over £1400 for our CHSW charity.

There are six categories of room, all of which are very well appointed. Prices are per room, per night, bed and breakfast. Doubles based on two people sharing. Details of each room type can be found on their website HERE

The price of the FUNCTION is £38.95 per person.
To book call the hotel directly on 01803 213311. IMPORTANT! Tell them you are booking for the Porsche Club function on the 8th Dec. They will tell you what room choices are remaining (first come, first served) and they will take a DEPOSIT of £50 per room and £10 per person for the meal. The balance will be payable directly to the hotel on departure or, if you are just coming for the meal, prior to the event on the evening.
