We are writing this in late September just as the latest restrictions have been introduced and, one by one, our neighbouring counties in Wales are being locked down. This is understandable but a real shame as we were just getting used to some lovely days out with our Region. The last drive was put together using sections of other drives we had done in Wales. One last minute detour was due to a local lockdown in Caerphilly, highlighting the difficulty all the organisers are having presently. We are grateful to have a few other members organising drives and weekends but feel for them as circumstances are extremely challenging. We are also extremely grateful for your patience as Regions try and put on COVID-19 safe events.
