After booking and paying direct with the venue please email us with your names and menu choices so we can complete event documentation.
There will be a raffle in aid of Dorset Air Ambulance so a prize donation would be appreciated.
An announcement will be made on the evening disclosing our Member of the Year.
The Hunter's Moon has some accomodation available, bookable for those not wishing to travel on the evening.
Dress code optional but definately no flip flops!
