We are absolutely delighted to inform you that at the PCGB 'Virtual' Awards Ceremony held yesterday evening, Thursday 28 May, R19 were presented with the award for the Most improved Region. This is a truly amazing tribute as we have only been running the region Since May 2019.
This would not have been possible if it had not been for you the members supporting us all the way, this really is your award. Since our first meeting, you have supported us, regardless of what the British weather can throw in the mix, it is impossible to understate how much this motivates the team, it really is what drives us forward.
I also would like to thank the team for all their efforts, this is a truly team effort and the award is for them all.
I am also delighted to announce that Colin Ashley was awarded the Spirit of the Club Award, this is so deserved, as you know without Colin and his huge efforts to keep us all informed and updated with events we would not be where we are today.
We very much look forward to getting back to meetings with our cars, but in the meantime, do please join us on our virtual meetings.
