For our second Members' Meetup since lockdown we will be at the delightful scenic location of the Donnington Grove Hotel, near Newbury in Berkshire.
The hotel manager has been very helpful and has secured us private parking within the main grounds, directly in front of the historic country house which offers great photo opportunities.
Due to current Covid-19 regulations this is again limited to 30 Members and pre-booking is required.
In the event that you pre-book and then cannot make it on the day, please give us a call to let us know and we will make your booking available to the next on our reserve list.
The following Covid-19 Rules apply:
- The Covid 19 restriction requirements limit us to a maximum of 30 attendees per event.
- All attendees must be pre-booked and provide all requested contact details.
- Once the attendee limit is reached for 30th May further bookings will automatically be added to the reserve list.
- A contact telephone number for each attendee present is required. These details will only be used should we need to pass them onto the NHS if an attendee tests positive for Covid-19.
- Please bring appropriate PPE, a mask and hand sanitiser for those in your group.
- The 2 metre social distancing rule applies to this event, except with those attending from your family or social bubble.
- Children 12 or under do not need to be pre-booked.
- You will be required to accept the above requirements before entry will be allowed.
- Due to Covid-19 restrictions entry is limited to 30 and for 'Pre-Booked' Members only
