The R19 Team are delighted to announce that we will be 'Back at the Beech' from 12.00 till close on Sunday 11th July for our July monthly meet-up..
This is a booking only event and bookings will be taken on a first come first served basis. Please include all family or friends attending with you in your booking and provide a contact number so that we can get in touch if necessary.
In the event that you pre-book and then cannot make it on the day, please give us a call to let us know and we will make you booking available to the next on our reserve list.

The following Covid-19 Rules apply:
- The Covid 19 restriction requirements limit us to a maximum of 30 attendees per event.
- All attendees must be pre-booked and provide all requested contact details.
- A contact telephone number for each attendee present is required. These details will only be used should we need to pass them onto the NHS if an attendee tests positive for Covid-19.
- Please bring appropriate PPE, a mask and hand sanitiser for those in your group.
- The 2 metre social distancing rule applies to this event, except with those attending from your family or social bubble.
- Children 12 or under do not need to be pre-booked.
- You will be required to accept the above requirements before entry will be allowed.
- Due to Covid-19 restrictions entry is limited to 30 and for 'Pre-Booked' Members only
