It is with a very sad heart that I must inform members of R23 of the sad passing of David Epps, and our thoughts are with his wife Mary and son Richard, who is also an active member of the Region along with his family. Until the end of last year David was an active member of the Region and was always at our monthly meetings with Mary and regularly attended our drives in his beautiful Boxster RS60 Spyder.
